Our Tamariki Ora Mums and Bubs programme is designed to support mothers and their tamariki from pregnancy  through to early childhood . It provides valuable guidance and resources on breastfeeding , nutrition , and infant care .
The programme also offers a welcoming space  for mums to connect , share their journeys , and grow together  in a supportive community .
